Today, thousands of talented young people grow up surrounded by rhythm and creativity yet have no access to formal education in music or performance. According to UNESCO, nearly 80% of youth in low-income regions who express artistic interest never receive structured artistic education — not because of ability, but because of economic and institutional barriers.
