Significantly, he developed the first-ever women's-only calendar, a major milestone in American motorcycling.
• USA Race Team School (2017): In 2017, he traveled to the US and established the USA Race Team School with the core purpose of exchanging sports scholarships among riders from various countries around the world.
• Entrepreneurship and Talent Development: Following his career as a rider, "Cachi" has been working on projects related to motorcycling, demonstrating long-term planning to foster talent in the sport. His goal is to ensure that no talented young rider misses the opportunity to develop in this wonderful sport. * To achieve this, he created the Argentina Race Team School (ARTS) (@oficialarts). * The school operates under the valuable direction, supervision, and enhancement of Chicho Lorenzo (father of Jorge Lorenzo, three-time MotoGP World Champion). * He also presented the youth motorsports inclusion project to Pope Francis himself.
